General information
This privacy policy explains how your information is handled when you use drniftaliyev.az. This is the information website of Uzm. Dr. Elvin Niftaliyev, a specialist neurologist at Ganja International Hospital (Gəncə Beynəlxalq Xəstəxanası). We process information in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On Personal Data».
What the website does not collect
The website is static. It has no user accounts, registration, contact forms, newsletter, online payments or comments. You are therefore never asked to enter your name, phone number, email address or health information on the website, and the website does not store such information.
Server logs
For security and technical stability, the hosting provider keeps standard server access logs: IP address, general browser and device information (user agent), the time of the request and the page opened. These logs are used to prevent attacks and fix faults; they are not used for advertising or profiling. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server, so no requests are sent to third-party font services when you open a page.
Cookies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Until you give consent, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode): only cookieless technical signals without personal identifiers are sent to Google. If you choose "Accept", anonymous statistics are collected — page views, approximate country/city, device type and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons; IP addresses are truncated. The data is not used for advertising or remarketing, and no Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers are used.
The only exception is the embedded Google Maps window on the Contact page. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect technical data. That data is handled under Google's own rules: Google Privacy Policy. You can restrict or delete third-party cookies in your browser settings at any time.

The WhatsApp buttons on the website open wa.me, and the Instagram and Facebook links take you to those platforms. Once you leave our website, the privacy rules of those services (Meta, WhatsApp) apply, and we have no control over how they process data.
Information shared by phone or WhatsApp
When you call or send a WhatsApp message to book an appointment, you may share your name, contact number and a brief description of your symptoms. This information is used only to arrange the appointment; it is not sold to third parties or used for marketing. All health information is kept confidential as a matter of medical confidentiality under Azerbaijani law.
